DIFK is governed by the Management Board consisting of five members appointed by the Central Bank of the Republic of Kosovo.
1.Governor of the Central Bank or his authorized representative
2.One representative from the Ministry of Finance
3.DIFK Managing Director
4.One (1) expert experienced in the field of finance and deposit insurance
5.One (1) expert – certified Auditor
