Senior Legal Officer

Ms. Agnesa Dugolli Halilaj is a Senior Legal Officer at the Kosovo Deposit Insurance Fund (DIFK) since March 2025. She is responsible for drafting and reviewing DIFK’s secondary legislation, monitoring changes in applicable legislation, implementing legal tasks in the event of a covered event, and aligning DIFK’s actions with the legal framework, including international documents.
Ms. Dugolli Halilaj has over 5 years of professional experience in the legal field within the public sector. Before her engagement  in DIFK, she was part of  legal department of a public enterprise, where her role as a professional associate involved representing the institution in court in legal disputes from various legal fields, as well as being involved in other legal processes.
Ms. Dugolli Halilaj holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the Faculty of Law at the University of Pristina and successfully passed the Bar Exam in 2024. She has also attended various training courses that have contributed to opening new career opportunities.
