DIFK shares the experience in establishing the Deposit Insurance System

From 13-15th May 2014, the Managing Director Mrs. Violeta Arifi-Krasniqi presented to the audience Kosovo experience in establishing the deposit insurance system (DIS) in a workshop organized jointly by International Association of the Deposit Insurers (IADI), Deposit Protection Fund Board of Kenya and Kenya School of Monetary Studies. The two day workshop also discussed the following subjects: the rationale for and benefits of the DIS and operating environment and its preconditions; following by overview of the core principles.
