DIFK, at a joint workshop, reviewed the ‘Standard Operating Procedure on Compensation Process’

The DIFK staff held a joint workshop aimed at reviewing the ‘Standard Operating Procedure on Compensation Process’ respectively the Preparatory Phase.

The workshop held from 12 – 15 February 2018 in Tirana, addressed recommendations and lessons learned from simulation of ‘Insured event’ carried on 28 & 29 September 2017 between the staff of DIFK and ADIA (Albanian Deposit Insurance Agency). During this workshop are drafted and reviewed numerous annexes, such as: “declare of Alertness level’; ‘draft-speech in case of ‘insured event’; ‘engagement of additional human resources’; ‘analysis of adequacy of DIF and borrowing requirements ‘, draft decisions with rationale’, etc., as an integral part of the Procedure.

Following each simulation carried, the DIFK will undertake a regular review of the procedure to continuously improve the compensation process.
