DIFK organizes training for the staff of the PaymentAgent Bank

Deposit Insurance Fund of Kosovo (DIFK) organized a training session for staff working directly with clients of the Payment Agent Bank. The training took place on April 17, 18, and 22, 2025, with the objective of training and informing the Payment Agent Bank employees about the role and services provided by the Payment Agent Bank (PAB) on behalf of DIFK.

The main focus of the training was the practical demonstration of the payment processing procedures through the dedicated compensation module in the Deposit Compensation System (DCS), which is used by the Payment Agent Bank employees during compensation processes.

DIFK regularly conducts training sessions for PAB personnel with the aim of enhancing the operational readiness of the Payment Agent Bank, enabling timely responses both in compensation simulation exercises and in case of an insured event.
