DIFK staff completed a study visit in NDIF (Budapest) and DIF (Prague)

On 13-17 July 2015 DIFK staff completed a two-day study visit to the National Fund for Deposit Insurance in Hungary, Budapest. The main goal of the study visit was to exchange experiences and share best practices in the field of Deposit Insurance. During the visit were discussed the following topics: the mandate, organization and current issue in OBA, Recent Pay out experiences and lessons 2011-2015 and the introduction of deposit-refund system in the National Insurance Fund Deposit in Hungary.

Also part of the study visit for staff was DIFK Deposit Insurance Fund in the Czech Republic, Prague. Topics discussed in the study visit were related to the mandate, organization, and structure of the fund, the reimbursement procedure, and DIF’s experience in the process of refund and deposit refund system.
