Senior IT Officer

Mr. Ragmi Dalipi is a Senior of Information Technology Officer at the Deposit Insurance Fund of Kosovo(DIFK). He joined the team in June, 2020. Ragmi has over twenty years of professional experience in Information Technology, notably in the private sector and international organizations in Kosovo. He was dedicated for around seventeen years in the banking sector, where he worked with some of the most well-known banks in Kosovo. Ragmi has been engagement in various common banking projects implementing technology, digitalization and banking process simplification.

He is experienced in numerous banking systems of various commercial banks with notable participation in process improvement, design and re-engineering of core banking.

He has completed multiple training and certifications in technology and database systems, mainly in Microsoft platform.

Ragmi graduated from the University of Prishtina in Computer Science and Engineering.
