The Managing Director participated in EBRD Leadership seminar “Managing Todays Dynamic Organisation”

The Managing Director of the Deposit Insurance Fund of Kosovo, Mrs. Violeta Arifi – Krasniqi participated in the Leadership seminar “Managing Todays Dynamic Organisations” held at the Joint Vienna Institute. The seminar, sponsored by the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development “EBRD”, is a programme designed to address the needs of the countries that are currently in the transition process to a market economy.

The seminar has covered the following areas: 1. Communication skills, 2. Effective Leadership, 3. Strategic vision and decision making skills, 4. Results-based management, 5. Managing Organizational culture and change, 6. Performance management, and 7. Negotiation skills.

The event was held in Vienna, Austria between 11 – 16 of march 2018.
