DIFK hosted a simulation exercise on the compensation process with Deposit Insurance Agency of the Republic of Albania

After signing the Memorandum of Understanding in July 2017, the Deposit Insurance Fund of the Republic of Kosovo welcomed a delegation of Deposit Insurance Agency of the Republic of Albania to a simulation exercise on compensation process held in Prishtina, in a two-day workshop, from 28-29 September 2017 on the topic “Compensation Process Simulation: Preparatory and Compensation Phase”.

According to the prepared and agreed scenario, the simulation exercise was conducted in two phases. Phase I, Simulation of Preparatory Phase and Phase II, Simulation of Compensation Phase. In the first phase, teams of both agencies worked in the office (desk work), whereas in the second phase the exercise continued in the facilities of the bank selected as Agent Bank.

Simulation Exercise resulted successful. During the entire process in the group prevailed a spirit of cooperation, respect for the tasks of each group, coordination of actions between them and exchange of bilateral experiences.
