DIFK participates in the closing workshop of technical assistance project with Global Banking Development Solution (GBDS), funded by KfW (on behalf of the German Government)

From 07-10.10.2014 , DIFK staff has participated in the 3^rd workshop organized by the Global Banking Development Solution ( GBDS ) advisory company which is fully funded by KfW ( on behalf of the German Government ) contracted for the supporting DIFK’s institutional capacity . The workshop was held in Germany , in Rheingau City and is the last workshop organized in cooperation with GBDS and DIFK .

Topics of discussion at the workshop were : Review of project plan and timelines , reviewing and agreeing the framework for public awareness of DIFK , review of legal framework with a focus on depositor compensation system development project timeline, discussion and finalization of DIFK’s strategic plan 2015-2017 and the definition of strategic goals , discussion of options for delegation of authority for external asset management and proposals on changing the investment policy of DIFK , advancement  of differential premiums system based on risk models.
